Integrated Well-Being Pyramid

Abstract
This paper presents an integrated model of wellbeing that connects physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, relationships, purpose, spiritual awareness, and social contribution. The Integrated Well-Being Pyramid proposes a hierarchical yet interdependent structure in which each layer of wellbeing supports and depends upon the layers below it.
The model draws on insights from psychology, Vedantic philosophy, leadership studies, and lifestyle design to offer a practical and holistic framework for understanding what it means to live well. The paper argues that genuine wellbeing requires simultaneous attention to all dimensions — physical, emotional, mental, relational, purposive, spiritual, and contributive — rather than focusing on any single domain in isolation.
